The AOS Provincials aka “The Jones Champs” Took place at Moonstone over the last weekend.  Tough weather conditions forced a double up event on Sunday with back to back Halfpipe and Slopestyle events.  It was a bright Sunny day but extremely Icy and all the competitors did well to stay on their feet and walk away from the day uninjured.  Jesse Loucks was the top performer from Simple with a Boardslide to Switch, Switch Backside 5, Huge Backside 7, Wildcat and Front Board.  Jesse took out the Men’s Am Slopestyle and also walked away with the Ontario Winter Games Slopestyle title.  He walked away with two Snowboards and traded fellow team member Reece Crook for a Banshee Bungee.  Coulton Conway took out 1st in the Grom Slopestyle followed by Simple Snowboarding Grom Reece Crook in 2nd Place.  Coulton also took 2nd in the Groms Halfpipe event.  Natalie Allport took 3rd in the Womens Pro Slopestyle and Becca Ballantyne finished 2nd in the Womens Grom Slopestyle.
