Simple Snowboarding coach Craig Gouweloos took out both the best trick and the Pro mens Win at the Canadian Shield Calgary stop over the past weekend.  Simple Snowboarding team members Mike Rotsaert and Natalie Allport also found themselves on the podium with a 2nd in the Pro Womens for Nat and Mike Joining Craig on the podium for a 3rd place spot.  Craig threw down a Switch back 5 Mute, Backside 900 Stalefish (Taking out best trick), Cab 9 Melon, 5050 Front 3 into the bank, Front blunt 270 out.  Mike threw a Switch back 5, Cork Back 7 Indy, Front 7 Melon, Front Lip Popover, C-wood Shuffle

Coulton Conway picks up his 1st place prizing from the Volcom Crew

Volcom’s Peanut Butter Rail Jam went down on Saturday February 11th at Blue Mountain and it was a great contest with a high level of riding from all who entered. The Simple crew had a strong presence with 9 team members spread over 4 categories. 7 of the 9 made finals and there was a Simple rider on the podium in every category.
